Adam may have a meeting with his staff. Some staff members focus on specific policy issues, such as trade, military, or education. Other staff Members help people from the Ninth District with White House and Capitol Building Tours. Others help Adam with the many letters and postcards he receives from people of the Ninth District.

At the meeting, Adam and his staff will discuss the voting
schedule for the day, committee meetings, and issues Adam has heard about
from his constituents (people of the Ninth District). They may also talk
about legislation Adam wants to introduce or co-sponsor.
