Involving young people in our democracy is very important to me. I participated in the Close Up program when I was in high school, and it really helped spark my interest in public policy and politics. It's always rewarding when I can help spark others' interest in our democracy and the issues facing our country.

I have compiled information that I hope will be helpful to the young constituents of the Ninth District -- from elementary age children looking for information about Congress to high school students working on research projects and interested in learning more about higher education.
