U.S. Rep. Alexander and his legislative director Jack Thompson met with members of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) on August 15 in the congressman’s Alexandria office to discuss legislation regarding the government pension offset and windfall elimination provisions.
Members of the NARFE meeting with Congressman were Elbert Wiggins, legislative chairman; Louis Bangma, president; Charles Nix, vice president; and Odessa Hickman, secretary.
