“Green Light to Healthy Living” Health Fair

Congressman Green organized health organizations from around Houston which serve to improve minority health and target minority health problems. The fair offered participants the opportunity to participate in a blood drive and a blood marrow registration drive as well as receive vaccinations, body mass screenings, blood glucose screenings, and blood pressure tests. Booths also educated Houstonians about how to take preventive steps towards ensuring their health.
