WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Marion Berry (D-AR, 1^st) will attend two events in Baxter County on Thursday, October 23, 2003.

From 2 – 4PM Rep. Berry will be taking meetings with constituents - no appointments are necessary - at his Mountain Home office located at 1 East 7th Street (Courthouse Square), Suite 200. Constituents are welcome to drop by and speak with Rep. Berry on any issue of concern to them or just to say hello and ask what's going on in Washington, DC.

Earlier in the day, from 1:15-1:45PM, Rep. Berry will be at the Regional Airport Terminal at the Mountain Home Regional Airport for a check presentation for the Small Community Air Service Development Pilot Program. The grant is worth $574,000 for Baxter County Regional Airport to bring back commercial air service to that airport.
