$271,000 Grant for Heber Springs Municipal Airport
 
WASHINGTON D.C. –  U.S. Senators Blanche Lincoln and Mark Pryor along with U.S. Representative Marion Berry (AR-01) announced today that the Federal Aviation Administration has awarded the Heber Springs Municipal Airport a $271,851 grant through the U.S. Department of Transportation.

The grant will provide funds to acquire land in the Runway 23 approach to the airport for the protection of people and property on the ground.
