Farmers in 63 Missouri counties, including counties in the Fourth Congressional District, may be eligible for low interest emergency (EM) loans from USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA).

Fourth Congressional District counties designated as primary natural disaster areas due to losses caused by flooding are:

Bates, Cole, Dade, Dallas, Hickory, Moniteau, Polk, Saline, and Vernon.

Barton, Camden, Cass, Cedar, Henry, Laclede, Lafayette, Morgan, Pettis, Pulaski, St. Clair, and Webster counties, which are also a part of the Fourth Congressional District, are eligible as counties contiguous to those in the primary natural disaster area.
