Urges AG Holder not to hold any 9/11 trials in New York
Washington, D.C. (Wednesday, November 10, 2010) – Today, ¬U.S. Rep. Peter T. King (R-NY), Ranking Member of the Committee on Homeland Security, issued the following statement in response to reports that Attorney General Eric Holder is close to making a final decision on how and where to try admitted 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed and his co-conspirators:
“I urge Attorney General Holder not to hold any 9/11 trials in New York or anywhere in the United States. These 9/11 terrorists should be tried before a military commission at Guantanamo.”
