Little Rock, AR – U.S. Representative Vic Snyder's office is hosting the Central Arkansas 2008 Congressional Service Academy Information Session on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 in the Little Rock Central High School Auditorium from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Congressman Snyder will welcome the students, parents, and Academy representatives to the session.

It is an information session to inform students, parents, principals, and guidance counselors about the free college education opportunities offered by our Service Academies:
- US Military Academy: West Point, NY
- US Naval Academy: Annapolis, MD
- US Air Force Academy: Colorado Springs, CO
- US Coast Guard Academy: New London, CT
- US Merchant Marine Academy: Kings Point, NY
The United States' Service Academies look for talented young people with an interest in serving their country. The Academies are coming to Little Rock to inform our young people about the opportunities available. Academy nomination representatives from Senators Lincoln and Pryor’s offices will also be in attendance.
