The Town of Walpole has requested funds for sidewalk installation/replacement, upgrading of several drain culvert crossings; and installation of new catch basins as needed including appropriate BMPs to address environmental concerns. This area is heavily trafficked by school children and adults, as well as patrons. In addition, Elm Street/Route 27 is one of the main thoroughfares leading to Walpole's Central Business District underscoring the need for these planned upgrades.
