| WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Ike Skelton (D-MO) released the following statement in response to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ decision to implement a spring rise on the Missouri River. “I am disappointed to learn that the Corps of Engineers intends to implement a spring rise on the Missouri River.
