Rep. Peter King Honored for Longtime Support of Small Businesses
Receives Guardian of Small Business Award from NFIB

WASHINGTON, DC - Today, Rep. Peter King (R-Seaford) was presented with the Guardian of Small Business Award by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the leading small business association representing small and independent businesses.
“A thriving small business sector is crucial to economic recovery and job creation,” said King. “That is why I continue to fight for policies to help small businesses owners succeed, such as tax incentives and increased access to capital. I am honored to have received this award from NFIB, and promise to keep doing all I can to keep the small business community strong and growing.”
NFIB praised the efforts of Rep. King stating, “In the 111th Congress, Representative Peter King proved that he is a champion of small business.
