*Puyallup Senior Center To Host Congressman Adam Smith*

November 24, 1997 - Ninth District Congressman Adam Smith will visit Puyallup Senior Center on Wednesday, November 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. "My top priority is listening to the people I represent," said Smith. "Opportunities like this, where I get to have real conversations with the people of my district, are critical to my job." Smith expects to discuss issues ranging from Medicare and Social Security reform, crime, IRS reform, transportation, and the recently-passed Balanced Budget and Tax Relief Acts.
