    <title><![CDATA[Ryan's Chief of Staff Set to Deploy to Iraq in Support of Operation Iraqi Freedom]]></title>

                                            JANESVILLE &ndash; Congressman Paul Ryan announced that his Chief of Staff, Andrew Speth, who also serves as a National Guardsman with the Wisconsin Air National Guard's 115th Fighter Wing, is being activated in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Technical Sergeant Speth&rsquo;s orders are for approximately 90-days, joining the 115th Fighter Wing of the Wisconsin Air National Guard. Speth first enlisted in the U.S. Air Force following the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. This will be Speth&rsquo;s second tour of duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, having been deployed for twelve months in 2005-06 as a member of the U.S. Air Force Reserve.]]></description>
