Phil hands off school supplies donated by the Rome Rotary to Sgt. Maj. Eric Cooke for use in Iraqi schools. Tragically, Cooke died in the line of duty two days after this photo was taken. Cooke had agreed to arrange for the rest of the school supplies to be delivered to Iraqi children.
