Water Infrastructure Improvements, Town of Porter
Amount Requested: $795,000 The funding will be used by the Town of Porter to replace an existing sanitary sewer pumping station on Porter Avenue.  The existing facility is outdated and undersized to meet the current wet weather demands and future development.  Investment in wastewater infrastructure provides significant environmental, public health, and economic benefits to the local communities and the nation.
