U.S. Rep. Dave Obey (D-Wausau), a key architect of the stimulus package, will be a keynote speaker at the Renewable Energy Summit at the Midwest Airlines Center. "We're really thrilled because of his involvement with the whole package," said Art Harrington of Godfrey & Kahn, a coordinator of the event.
