WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Marion Berry (D-AR, 1st) announced today that he will hold a series of town hall meetings throughout the 1st Congressional District. Constituents will have the opportunity to discuss the latest issues with the Congressman and ask him questions on any subjects of concern.
"Our federal government will face a number of challenges this fall as it works to recover from the recent disaster in the Gulf Coast, control rising gas prices, provide relief for our agriculture community, and prepare seniors for the new Medicare Prescription Drug benefit," said Congressman Berry. "In order to better respond to the needs of my constituents, I will be holding a number of town hall meetings throughout Northeast Arkansas during the month of October. I encourage everyone to attend one of these events and share some of the issues impacting you and your community."
