Judge Southwick’s judicial temperament has unfairly punished women, the environment, the workplace, gender equity, civil rights, and equal justice under the law for American citizens.

Judge Southwick does not deserve this lifelong federal appointment. The people of America must speak out and organize for better Representation in the United States Senate and House.
