The bill also includes report language that directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to report on its plans to activate the previously funded Community-Based Outpatient Clinics on Guam, as well as twenty-eight other sites across the United States.

“The Committee report includes language that will force answers to the concerns that I have expressed to the Department of Veterans Affairs on several occasions regarding the delays in starting construction of the proposed veterans’ Community Based Outpatient Clinic.” Bordallo said. “The veterans’ clinic for Guam is a priority that should be constructed by funds provided to the Department of Veterans Affairs.”
