Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo, Chairwoman of the Insular Affairs, Oceans, and Wildlife Subcommittee, today offered her condolences to the people of American Samoa and the Philippines during a speech on the House floor early this morning.  Congresswoman Bordallo’s speech was made after Father Daniel P. “My prayers are with the people of American Samoa and the Philippines during their recovery after these recent natural disasters,” Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Additionally, I commend the Filipino Community of Guam for their efforts to collect relief items and monetary assistance for those affected in the Philippines.”
