The IG stated that the MMS ignored provisions of the Energy Policy Act, specific recommendations of federal agencies and other experts. House Approves Health Insurance Reform Bill (11-09-09)Over the weekend, the House approved H.R. 3962, “The Affordable Health Care for America Act”. This legislation, which Delahunt voted in favor of, is expected to bring down the cost of health insurance by promoting competition among providers and end abuses, such as banning coverage to those with pre-existing conditions.
