Congressman Dingell will upon request provide a constituent of the 15th district with a flag flown over the United States Capitol. The only costs are the purchase price of the flag, a $4.05 service charge assessed by the Architect of the Capitol on all flown flags (if applicable), and postage. A certificate of authenticity will be included with the flag. In addition, a specific date for the flag to be flown can be requested, although we advise that it be done at least 4 weeks in advance.

Please be aware that because of concerns regarding contaminated mail, incoming mail service to the Washington, D.C. office takes much longer to arrive. Therefore, to ensure your flag request will get processed, please address it to either the Dearborn, Monroe or Ypsilanti offices.
