Dingell, Committee Cite Anne Gorsuch With Contempt of Congress.  "In the first action of its kind, the House Thursday cited Anne Gorsuch, Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, for contempt of Congress for refusing, under President Reagan's orders, to surrender documents"(on EPA's enforcement of the 1980 "superfund"hazardous waste cleanup law).  Later, the Reagan Administration turns over the documents and Gorsuch resigns.  (Detroit Free Press, 12.17.82, CQ Almanac 1982)
