Tell Me Your Story
This Month's Topic: Health Care Reform.

Over the past three years, I have had the opportunity to meet thousands of Nebraskans - through in-person meetings, mobile offices, community events and telephone townhalls.

I have been amazed at the insight and honesty. I may not always agree with what I hear, but I appreciate the interaction and every conversation is meaningful. Now I have created a new avenue of communication for people from Nebraska's Third District. Tell Me Your Story. On a regular basis, I will ask you to tell me your story concerning a specific topic. Your stories could be personal, or simply your opinion on the matter at hand.

These stories will help me do my job better. They will not be for public dissemination. The only way your story will be shared publicly would be if I received permission.

Health Care Reform

Over the month of August, I was able to travel much of the state and hear from hundreds and hundreds of people about health care reform. It has been a topic at individual meetings, on my telephone townhalls, and at my mobile offices.

Now is your chance to tell me your story about your experiences with health care and what steps you feel we should take.
