Tour Request Form

If you are planning a trip to our nation’s capital, my office be glad to request tickets to some of Washington, D.C.’s popular attractions and historical landmarks on your behalf.

Tour hours and ticket availabilities vary throughout the year, so please contact my office at least two months in advance whenever possible.

Please submit the following information to request a tour. However, submitting this information does not guarantee a tour. For example, the White House decides which tour requests to accept or reject.

Certain tours, notably the White House, will require more detailed identification materials including Social Security numbers, if the tours are approved. You will be contacted if this information becomes necessary. Please be advised that these tours sites will not grant your request if you choose not to provide this information when requested.

Also, please note there is no need to send a separate e-mail requesting tours through Write Your Representative. This could slow down the process. Alternatively, if you’ve already submitted a request through Write Your Representative, please do not submit this form, too.

Changes to you itinerary should be made by calling our tour coordinator at (202) 225-5811. Please do not submit changes via this form or through Write Your Representative.
