Congressional Page

Congresswoman Gwen Moore with Congressional Page Vincent Knox, Jr. of Milwaukee. Moore recently nominated Knox Jr. as her first sponsored Congressional Page. Knox Jr. served for three weeks in June and will be a Junior at Riverside University High School in the fall. Knox Jr. excels in math and science, is a member of the varsity baseball and soccer teams, and participates in Urban Underground youth. The Congressional Page Program is a program for high school age students who have completed their sophomore year and have at least a 3.0 GPA. Playing an essential role in the operation of Congress, Pages deliver materials to Congressional offices, answer phones in the Members' Cloakrooms and bring messages for Members of Congress.
