Moore offers her amendment to CFPA bill

Congresswoman Moore offers her amendment to the Consumer Financial Protection Agency legislation, which was accepted by the Financial Services Committee October 21, 2009. The amendment would help preserve the true intent of the CFPA legislation: credit and lending product regulation.
