The Joint Committee on Printing consists of a Chairman and four members of the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration and the Committee on House Administration in the House of Representatives. Every two years the Joint Committee on Printing chairmanship and vice-chairmanship rotate between each House of the U.S. Congress.
