One of the top priorities for Congressman Lewis and his staff is to ensure that constituents receive a high level of service from federal agencies. Although the Congressman cannot compel an agency to act in favor of a constituent, he is committed to pushing for a timely and complete resolution of cases, complaints and requests for services from federal agencies.
