Kirk Launches Second Annual Hispanic Business Expo

Waukegan, IL – Congressman Mark Kirk (R-Highland Park) will discuss the importance of economic development in the Hispanic community and take part in a ribbon cutting ceremony Saturday, March 27 launching the Second Annual Hispanic Business Expo at the Ramada Inn, 200 N. Green Bay Road, in Waukegan. The Expo is hosted by Vision News and sponsored by Harris Bank and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Over 50 businesses and organizations will take part in the expo including Six Flags Great America, Great Lakes Credit Union, the City of Waukegan and many more.

The Expo is designed to showcase businesses as well as market products and services to potential new consumers in the Hispanic marketplace. It is open to the general public from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Chicago’s Spanish radio stations will also be participating.

Note!!! The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 11 a.m.
