The Second Congressional District is as diverse as Washington State.  It encompasses Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, San Juan and Island counties.

The U.S.-Canadian border serves as the district's northern boundary with Everett and Highway 2 serving, roughly, as the southern border.  The gorgeous San Juan islands make up the western portion of the district and the scenic Cascade mountains serve as the eastern border.  The agrarian Skagit Valley fills the middle.
