GreenPath Debt Solutions is a nationwide non-profit consumer credit counseling service that offers free debt counseling with locations in Roseville, Southfield and Troy.

Foreclosure Resources

  • Hope for Homeowners
    The Hope for Homeowners program will refinance mortgages for borrowers who are having difficulty making their payments, but can afford a new loan insured by HUD’s Federal Housing Administration (FHA). For additional information call 800-225-5342.

    This website contains an extensive explanation of the foreclosure process and gives a step by step foreclosure timeline to assist homeowners in understanding their rights to retain their property.
  • Save the Dream
    The Save the Dream legislation was signed into law allowing the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) to refinance mortgage loans for borrowers who may be facing mortgage difficulties and who qualify for MSHDA’s low-interest safe and secure loans.
