Reservations are made on a first come first served basis and are very limited. I suggest you contact my office at least six to eight weeks prior to your trip. We have brochures, tour information and maps for the greater Washington D.C. area and its many attractions. U.S. Capitol

The Department of State allows constituents to request tours directly on their website.

In the field “Request Type” click on the individual tour button.

*Note – To tour the White House you should have a minimum number of ten people in your group. Reservations should be made a minimum of one month in advance and may be requested up to six months in advance.

If you are driving, the nearest public parking to the Capitol is paid parking at Union Station, there is also metered parking for the general public on 3rd street between Independence and Constitution Avenue.
