Energy

We need an energy policy that is reflective of our current demands and future needs. To reach the ambitious goal of becoming energy independent we must invest in the research and development of alternative and renewable sources and then build the infrastructure needed to support them. The issue is not just about supplying our country with energy; it is also a national security issue, an environmental issue, an economic issue, and a jobs issue.
