Tennessee Congressman Lincoln Davis visited Roane County to make sure residents affected by the ash spill are getting what they need.

Davis toured the site of the ash spill on Wednesday. It was his second visit to the spill site since it happened in late December.

Davis said he had plenty of questions for TVA, including how they will compensate the homeowners affected by the spill.

"This needs to be a learning process so this never happens again. So from a standpoint of TVA, am I happy? I think they're doing the best they can to alleviate this problem that exists today," said Davis.

Davis said he'll be satisfied when the people who've been affected by the spill are satisfied.
