Amount Requested: $350,000
This is a collaborative partnership program of the Hudson Valley Regional Council and the Construction Contractors’ Association of the Hudson Valley to build regional capacity for green buildings and green industry cluster development.

The requested funding will be used to create a comprehensive green building and technology training facility for the Hudson Valley construction and design industry. This program will be used to educate these sectors and allied industries on high-performance green building concepts and practices. The program will bring the broader cluster of green technology industries in the region together as a Green Business Alliance to prepare for growth by identifying and creating priority management and training resources and linkages with the educational system.
