Amount Requested: $8,500,000
These funds will be used to procure propeller systems and associated electronic control systems for five aircraft.  These aircraft will support the Air Force's only "polar reach" capability, which is needed to reach remote camps located in the high polar plateau areas with rough snow conditions.  These upgrades will increase aircraft performance and allow for the continuation of mission support.
