Amount Requested: $462,000
The requested funds would be used in conjunction with the City of Binghamton.  This project includes the construction of a flood wall and closure system in Fairmont Park and the construction of extensive repairs to the floor and wall of the South Side Flood Channel in Binghamton.  This project will mitigate future flooding hazards and protect residents in the region .
