Funds would be used to acquire right-of-way for the realignment of Oleson Road for the realignment of the OR 10 intersection with Oleson Road and Scholls Ferry Road.  Additionally, non-existing or deficient bicycle and pedestrian facilities in the project area would be improved to increase safety for these travel modes.
