Streetscape enhancements including design, engineering, right-of-way acquisition and construction of sidewalks along the Light Rail Transit (LRT) corridor on Westpark from Hillcroft Avenue to Chimney Rock. The project extends approximately two miles and includes the perpendicular streets within half of a mile of the LRT corridor.

The space is designed to contain wider sidewalks, street trees, outdoor seating, trash receptacles, bicycle storage and parking, as well as waiting areas for LRT.
