| (Washington D.C.)- Congressman Brian Bilbray (CA-50), Chairman of the Immigration Reform Caucus, lead a panel discussion this weekend entitled “Enforcement First –An Illegal Immigration Debate” that highlighted the impact illegal immigration has on local government, what needs to be done at the federal government level and how to gain operational control of our borders.
