PARTRIDGE — Congressman Jerry Moran today offered a statement on the death of Private First Class Peter D. Wagler, 18, of Partridge. Wagler died on January 23 in Iraq due to injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle.
“My heart goes out to the Wagler family on the loss of Peter. The dedication of our young men and women who serve our country is a humbling example to all Americans. Peter made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom and will not be forgotten. The loss of this young man will be felt throughout our communities.”
