“Todd has proven himself a talented legislator and excellent statesman in the Kansas Legislature, and I’m pleased to have him bring his talents to work on behalf of the people of the First District,” Moran said. “The Chief of Staff position is very important in my efforts to make a difference on behalf of Kansans. With Todd’s legislative background and experience with issues in Topeka, I am confident that he will serve the people of Kansas well.”

Prior to joining Moran’s staff, Novascone served three terms in the Kansas House of Representatives, representing the 99th District, which includes east Wichita and Andover. In addition to his public service, Novascone has worked in the building supply business for the last ten years. Novascone is a graduate of Kapaun Mount Carmel High School in Wichita and Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Todd is the son of Jack and Marilyn Novascone of Wichita. He and his wife, Sarah, also of Wichita, have been married for two years.
