Jo Ann Emerson provides the following lists of projects she has specifically requested in the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of 2010. The extended maintenance would begin at Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 10 East in Dunklin County, Missouri and continue upstream to the ditch beginning in Section 19, Township 20 North, Range 11 East in Pemiscot County, Missouri. Ditch # 81 drains approximately 20,000 acres in Pemiscot County, Missouri.
