WASHINGTON  -  U.S. Representative Jo Ann Emerson (MO-08) will attend the Mark Twain Timber Purchasers meeting and dinner in Rolla TOMORROW. The event begins at 6:00 and the program for the evening, when Emerson and others will speak, is expected to start at 7:30 p.m. CST.

 

“The Mark Twain is a valuable resource for the Eighth District.  It offers recreational
opportunities, makes possible our forest product industries, and endows us with a great natural beauty,” Emerson said.  “I’m glad to have the chance to speak with the people who dedicate themselves to the forest product industry in the Mark Twain Forest as well as around Missouri and share ideas about the future of forestry in Southern Missouri.”
