WASHINGTON  -  U.S. Representative Jo Ann Emerson (MO-08) will attend a luncheon and speak to the Phelps County Regional Medical Center Volunteer Lunch Banquet this Thursday from noon to 1:00 p.m. CDT.

 

“There is no greater example of our philosophy of Love Thy Neighbor in rural Missouri than the scores of volunteers who contribute their time and talent to others in need.  I am very proud to be able to spend some time with the men and women who give so much through the Phelps County Regional Medical Center,” Emerson said.  “No matter how many challenges we face in the field of health care in rural areas, there are always good people who will stand up and help fight the good fight.  I look forward to meeting these tremendous examples of public service and thanking them on behalf of our entire congressional district.”
