WASHINGTON  -  U.S. Representative Jo Ann Emerson (MO-08) will attend the
groundbreaking for a new Signature Packaging and Paper facility in Jackson tomorrow, October 11, from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. CDT.  Media are welcome to attend.
