WASHINGTON  -  U.S. Representative Jo Ann Emerson (MO-08) will tour the Buzzi Unicem, USA, cement plant in Cape Girardeau on Friday, October 13, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. CDT.  Media are welcome to attend.
