WASHINGTON   -  U.S. Representative Jo Ann Emerson (MO-08) will travel along with a Nurse Family Partnership employee for a home site visit Thursday, August 23, at 10:00 a.m. CDT. 

“It’s extremely important to see our health care services in action when we are always looking for good solutions to encourage and implement at the federal level.  The Nurse Family Partnership makes sure that low-income mothers and expectant mothers have the access to health care services they need,” Emerson said.  “I am very interested to see this program in action.”

Southeast Missouri Hospital is an active participant in the Nurse Family Partnership program, providing services in Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Mississippi, New Madrid, Perry, Scott and Stoddard counties.
